About Us
Body Pepper Fitness has been a part of the Sunshine Coast community for over a decade. Working with the greater Yandina region, we aim to support and encourage everyone in their health and fitness journey. Making fitness fun, our qualified fitness instructors run daily group fitness classes as well as providing one on one personal training. However, our services are not only limited to exercise... our little community has grown into a beautiful network of people who we now call family. Our vision from the beginning has been to create a space where everyone belongs and feels inspired to look after their health and wellbeing while supporting each other. With over 50 years combined experience in the fitness industry you can rely on us to assist you with your fitness goals. We are the human movement specialists of Yandina.

Meet Karyn
Leading the majority of our group classes and PT sessions, Karyn has a wealth of experience and an incredible passion for health and fitness.
With an Advanced Fitness Diploma and over 25 years experience in the fitness industry, Karyn specialises in group fitness, yoga, pilates, strength training, step aerobics, seniors fitness, outdoor bootcamps, pre-natal fitness and specialised training programs.
Karyn creates a beautiful and wholesome environment to help you progress in your journey of fitness, strength, health and wellbeing.
